I don't want you to think I was talking about you. A freind of mine eats 2 hershey bars every night and they said they had to lose weight so they were giving them up. If it wasn't for that they would give up nothing. I thought that was sad.

Thanks for posting the soup recipe I like the idea of a sweet potato in it. At thanksgiving someone told me to put a sweet potato in turkey soup I would have never thought to put it in that either. I do make cream of sweet potato soup which is yumo! I can't have MSG either however Herbox had bouilillionwith no MSG. They sell it in NY but not Ohio I found it on amazon.com both chicken and beef. I had to buy I think 6 or 12 but the expiration date was WAY far off.

    Don't you love spandex and being in a 10! A 10 is a 10.

I just talked to Missy, her modem blew out.
She will not be online until Monday.

    She's doing well.

Carol, Spice Islands Beau Monde seasoning is a mix like the Mrs. Dash's and Emeril's Bam. Just a flavor enhancer, not really necessary. I have it around from the days of making the yummy bread baked with Swiss cheese, butter and that seasoning. Not weight loss food, but great when you have guests and need to dress up a meal.
