Donna is there a website for this article on aspartame? I can't use any artificial sweeteners. I use Stevia or real sugar

    2. I have not lose one pound since dropping this 4 pounds where ever it was.

    3. I'm not sure if I'm going to participate in April because (a) I'm too stressed with what life is dishing out that I'm not coping at all. (b) I have yet sent January and February winners fat 1/4's because all my fabric is packed up and my house is in shambles.

    Good morning everyone.
Boy there has been a lot going on.

Missy if she doesn't understand then it wasn't meant to be. There is someone out there for you, just be patient. I have to agree with CarolJ! Now you know my DH has a mental illness, tho I knew this from the start, if I had gotten to know him first I would have never known and the news would have been easy to take. I would have just thought he was a spoiled brat. LOL!! My family freaked and were worried if we had children would they have it too. Our kids are crazy but they got that from me. They act nothing like their Dad except when they whine. Haha!

bluteddi I am very sorry for your loss. It's never easy to lose a loved one. HUGS!!

Well I am down to 1 Dt. Mt. Dew a day. I have increased my water intake and have been eating green salads with my meal at dinner time.

Where is our fearless leader at? I don't recall seeing her post yesterday. Has this new man taken her away from us!!!

I finished another quilt top yesterday. I call it a quilt on fire. Now I am off the do another one. You all have a wonderful weight loss day.

    thanks everyone.....
Dad was in the hospital for unrelated problems( that had been correctgedw ith B12 shots and Cortisol shots) He was expected to go home within a few days... He was in the floor playing with the GGk's and picking on the nurses that night... went to bed and suffered a massive heart attack in his sleep. He went the way most of us hope to.. in his sleep. He never knew tha pain or panic felt by so mnay during a heart attack.

I wt'd this AM.. not as bad as I expected... (due to so much food and all the wrong foods being around me. I also drank ALOT of sodas...tsktsktsk... bad me)
    wt = 179

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my father 2 years ago so I know what you are going through. I still miss him. The only thing that helps is that I know he is in God's arms and I try to remember the good times.
I will keep you in my prayers.
This is a time for prayer and reflection the weight loss will come later.

    Donna,

I weighed 465 when I started the journey towards the lap band. I now weight about 420 or so. My surgery is scheduled for April 28th. I know without a doubt that if I do not lose this weight that I will die and I do not want to die.

Just keep on encouraging her and she will be able to do it.

And yes. I will pray for her!

    Missy

I too have lost my dear Dad two years ago on Mothers Day morning. I loved him and I thank God that for 51 Years I had the most wonderful father in my life. Some people can not claim that they were that blessed for 51 years so I think myself one of the luckiest daughters. Perhaps if you think of it that way you won't feel so bad.

My Dad was a jokester and he loved to jump out from behind things and scare us. I know when I get to Heaven he is going to jump out from behind the Pearly Gates and Scare me. Good thing I will already be dead.

In Loving Memory of all those we love who have gone on far too soon.

I didn't get to weigh in on monday , just to many long hours. I weighed in today , so I guess thats nine days ? I'm down five pounds. I have been busting my butt, and it is paying off. I just hope I can stay motivated.

Hello friends, what sad posts I am reading. My prayers for each and every one of you.

My weight has been flat all month. Got the go-ahead from the knee dr to resume exercising. If I am still in pain in 6 weeks, I'll get the injections.

    TurboFire here I come.
