I've extended my hours of work and now I not only walk up stairs, two flights, twice a day, I walk up and back down again twice ! I have a bad foot so walking is a premium, which the drs tell you to do even if you only complain of a hang nail. I've decided to bend, twist, or massage every joint in my body at least once a day, elbows twist, ankles bend and fingers massage....but I'm moving. So the snapping, popping and cracking ain't rice krispies, it's me.

I can't go out do it my disability so how would I ever me someone. I don't have a wedding to go to or any reason at all to lose the 40 lbs that I want to lose, I am doing it for me. WHO SAID YOU HAVE TO LOOK GOOD FOR OTHERS?????????????

What is everyone doing (program or just healthy and exercise)?

I am doing weight watchers. I don't attend the meeting just following the flex plan. It seems to be working since I am down about 40lbs. since I started. If anyone else is doing weight watchers, I have a minestrone soup recipe that makes a ton and there is only 10pts. in the entire batch. I get at least 5 meals from it. Let me know if you would like me to send it to you.
