The way it works is on April 1 you weigh yourself (this is the honor system) then on April 30 you weigh yourself again and PM Lneal with the amount of weight you lost. If you don't want to keep track of the weight loss from week to week PM Neal and she will do it for you. Once all how participated give Lneal their loss Lneal will announce the biggest loser and then we contact them so they can give us their addy and we send them a FQ. This month the FQ is themed so it has to be something with rain. During the month you can go to the weigh in thread (NOT THIS ONE) and get help and incouragement from everyone who is on the road to a better life style through healthier eating.
