    "I named the kitten after my dear neighbor Dave. Dave is the sweetest baby, loves to be held and purrs at the smallest touch. DH balked at first, we didn't need a fourth cat, but I've caught him cuddling Dave more than once!"

    This made me laugh out loud. I'm sure you meant, Dave, the kitten, is the sweetest............... Otherwise, the meaning is entirely different!

    I'd love a house kitty, but we go away too often to leave the kitty behind.

    She's such a beautiful little thing. Bless you for rescuing her. She wouldn't have lasted long under those circumstances.
