I just painted my basement as part of making it my quilting room and it is a pale salmond....I LOVE IT! :D Of course the DH and DS call it "pink" but it salmond is basically a peach/pink..

I like lilac it goes with everything and reminds me of spring I can't stand the color yellow I don't know why but I just can't or go to your stash which color do you have the most of that is the one you should pick because its your favorite but do it in a light shade

My sewing room is a pale lavender on the south/west corner of the house. It is so calming to be in that room.

I'm redoing our basement in the spring (if it ever gets here). I've chosen 2 colors to think about- a pale creamy yellow and a pale aqua green. I carry the color chips in my purse to pull out and think about. I like them equally, not sure what it will end up being...
