I thought puppy mills were illegal. Joykey have you reported them? They should be inspected often if they are passing as legit responsible dog breeders. People who run puppy mills are scummy.

A responsible breeder will sell their puppies to individuals theses people sell to brokers representing the HUNTE Corporation.
what happens to the mama dogs when they have outgrown their usefulness? either sold at auction or culled.
