I'm up tonight, too, for a little bit. Craftybear, I thought Tylenol PM is just acetaminophen and the ingredient in Benadryl, you know, the stuff for allergies. My husband has used Benadryl for sleep for years.

But that won't help tonight. Sorry you're feeling bad.

Want me to send you some? I'd be happy to do that!

Craftybear I'm sorry to hear you are hurting so much you can't sleep, how about a little heat placed on your sciatica. The tea sounds nice, especially with a good book, or plan your next quilt. Sometimes my best ideas are when I'm unable to sleep.

The generic name of Benedryl is diphenhydramine which according to the manufacturer info is the same ingredient in Tylenol PM that helps you to drop off to sleep.

That is the ingredient in most of the PM medications. People don't know that. Thanks for reminding us.

I get on the computer and look at quilts, when I can't sleep and ready all the stuff I think I don't have time to read during the day...It's a full moon tonight so I can't sleep
