I'm up tonight, too, for a little bit. Craftybear, I thought Tylenol PM is just acetaminophen and the ingredient in Benadryl, you know, the stuff for allergies. My husband has used Benadryl for sleep for years.
But that won't help tonight. Sorry you're feeling bad.

When I can't sleep...I wake up William! He keeps me company, and I usually get relaxed enough to go back to sleep...

Craftybear I'm sorry to hear you are hurting so much you can't sleep, how about a little heat placed on your sciatica. The tea sounds nice, especially with a good book, or plan your next quilt. Sometimes my best ideas are when I'm unable to sleep.
