My Grandsons are still very young. My Mom has been Grandma Blue House to one group of children. To another she is the white grandma. (They are half Indian.)

We are Granny and Woo Hoo. Out oldest grandson started calling my husband Woo Hoo because I'd go outside and yell "Woo Hoo" to get my husband's attention. Our grandson picked up on that and from then on out it's been Granny and Woo Hoo.

My mom likes the grandkids to call her Grandmommy. My grandmas were called Grammy and Memaw.

All of our grandchildren and great grandchildren call us Oma and Opa, which is Dutch (also German) for grandmother and grandfather.

I am 'gram' for my two son's children. "Honey" for one daughter's and "Honey Gram" for another daughter's. I am Ms Margaret for my step-children's. I love each name.
