Mine call me G'ma Kay. Being divorced from their parent's dad, they have lots of grandparents. All of them go by g'ma or g'pa first name.

My first son couldn't say Oma(= Grandma) to my mother, he pronounced it as Mo. And Mo it
was for all her grandchildren. Funny isn't it, how she got a totally new name.

I am Nona. We were discussing Nonnie and Nana and the grandkids ended up making their own name....Nona. I wanted them to call me Jan but kids wouldn't have it.

We are called Gramma and Grampa, spelled like this. We have Great Granddaughters now, they call us GG MA and GG PA because our DD and DSIL are the Grandparents to them.

Grambi--the computer says that's too short of a reply so I'm adding this.

Since my husband and I have 6 granddaughters from our combined family I am usually called Grandma Fay and our 2 year old calls me Mema. No idea where she got that but she calls her material grandma the same.
