All of it! Mostly sweets and salty snacks. Good for you for loosing at this time of year. Keep up the good work.

I have been on a diet since June and have lost 30 lbs.. The thing I miss the most are my large iced cappuccinos every day...sometimes two. I only allow myself one a week now.

I say the second you say I cant eat that.. its all I crave. I am on a kidney diet..very low potassium allowed like almost none and same with phosphorus. so .. no taters! no dark green veggies, no grapefruit or .. pretty soon all I want is a big bowl of spinach, a bowl of citrus fruit and oh yeah hash browns. every so often I too give in to a tiny bit but boy it sure tattle tells on me when I go to clinic. I feel for you. stop using the word diet. say your eating right now. sounds less ominous.

Just about all food. Seriously, anything that is finger food....cookies, brownies, Hershey's kisses, honey roasted peanuts, etc.

Congrats on the weight loss!!! I am not much of a sweet eater, only occasionally do I want sweets. My biggest downfall is regular food. I always go overboard on it. My granny told me a long timeago they should have named me tater because I loved taters and corn when I was little.
