I'm reading "The Girl With the Dragon Tatoo" by Steig Larssen. It took a while to get into it but it's very good. The first book on my new Nook. I love to read!!

This is on my list of "want to read"s, have to wait on the library.

Just finished Sworn To Silence by Linda Castillo. An excellent "page-turner" mystery, but pretty graphic in a couple of places. The next one in the series is just out, "Pray For Silence".

OK I have the book "Horns" but I can't get past the language. I gave it up. Is it like that all the way through?

Stephanie Plum is suppose to be a series this fall on TV YEA!!!
Betty White would be great to play the grandmother lol lol lol The girl that was in the movie "27 Dress" ?? is playing Stephanie
That isn't a t.v.series...it's a movie... although I always thought it would be a perfect t.v.show...You mean Kathryn Heigle(spelling) She wouldn't have been my choice, but we'll see.....

Oscar Hijuelos's novel The Mambo Kings Play Songs of Love. I had seen the movie "The Mambo Kings" a long time ago and so many years later decided to read the book, I am also reading The Fourteen Sisters of Emilio Montez O'Brien by the same author.

Just finished "Deeper than the Dead" by Sandra Brown. Fabulous!!! I love her books. I have read all of the "Elm Creek Quilt" series by Jennifer Chiaverini (sp?) My mom was born and raised near Titusville, Pa. I had cousins that lived in Waterford. Brings back summer memories!
