Going to Lostin51's PDA and seeing all the positive posts, uplifting thoughts, and especially the prayers. What a joy to know we have so many prayer warriors on here.

Thanks for positive ? Got in my early am walk then a strong hour or yard work then got called in to work an extra day, which is always helpful. Best of all one of our children is overcoming a dark time in life and turning back to the Lord. Love them all so very much their pain is ours, so prayers of gratitude offered tonight.

I had a student tell me this evening that I was the best instructor he had ever had. When the college administration is dumping more and more on faculty everyday its nice to hear a confirmation of why I teach. Made my day.

My sister texted me tonight and told me she can go to an upcoming quilt retreat at least during the day. She has been unable to go to the last several since her dh had a stroke. She will go home at night. It will be great having her there again and even greater to hear about his continuing improvement so that she can go. yippee.
