I wonder why my DH, who is so incredibly handy with every fix-up task there is in the house, apparently cannot figure out how to change the roll of toiler paper when it is empty. Really. He'll get a new roll and perch it precariously nearby. This boggles my mind.

I wonder about the shoes that are along the sides of the road. Usually it's just one shoe. How do you lose ONE shoe? How could you not notice? Is somebody driving along with a foot hanging out the car window? Even in winter in NY?[/quote]
    ------------------------
A lot of years ago one of my daughters (always the same one) while in the back seat would take off one shoe, wind down the window far enough to toss out her shoe, then wind it back up again. Never would explain, just did it in spite of being punished. Got so that when traveling I removed her shoes as soon as she was in the car!!

Oh... and the missing socks issue... it's worst with little kids' socks. I always bought three identical pairs for my kids.
    ----------------------------
My girls were barely a year apart and wore the same size shoes and socks for many years. So, when new sock time came around, I would buy as many of one color socks as I could afford, usually all white that could be bleached. Then when they started disappearing it was much easier matching them with the one of rest of the bunch.

Ok, why is it that if your underwear elastic wears out, the fabric is still perfectly fine, but if the fabric wears out, the elastic is still in good shape?

Also, why is it that the fugitive dye that is so eager to bleed all over my wash, does not come out AT ALL, the next time I wash the inadvertently pink undies.

can you tell it was laundry day today?

Where does the dark go when you turn on a light?

I wonder how the trend came about to walk around with your underwear darn near on the outside. Who was the first person to do this, and why did others think it looked good? Boys with their underwear out and girls with the bra straps out...I just don't get it.

I wonder why people in the Denver area hardly EVER blow their horns; but, in Las Vegas, if you don't move as the light's changing, someone is laying on it.
I also wonder why people think no one sees them picking their nose ( and in some cases, eating it...eeeewwww) when they're in their cars?
I wonder why at almost 50, I still don't know what I want to do when I grow up?

I wonder why my cat waits until I sweep the kitchen floor to kick her litter all over it...and if she does it on purpose. LOL

I wonder why we park our cars on a Drive Way yet we drive them on a Parkway. :D

I also wonder about Nudist Community's...Uhhh suppose a man sees an attractive woman and is stimulated. Gross~! :D
