I agree with May in New Jersey - it looks like a giant zucchini. Cut it up, grate it, shred it, measure our 2 cups, freeze and you can have zucchini bread and other goodies all winter.

i got cantalope out of my compost and dont remeber ever putting catalope seeds in there was weird

Overgrown zucchini in MHO. When they are that big they have lots of big seeds inside. Definitely not a spaghetti squash. Those are yellow.
