    Oh just a great zuchini for stuffing. I cook the squash until almost tender and then stuff with hamburger & rice and sprinkle with parmasan cheese. Oh my mouth is already watering at the thought. enjoy.
    I would love a garden box. everytime I say I want one my husbaand says all i well get is weeds. Gee thanks alot.

    I think it looks like a zucchini as well. Sure have some good fertilizer in that compost!

    Same thing happened to me. The neighbor lets me throw my scraps in his bin, and he hasn't been keeping up. I saw tomato plants earlier, and something either a melon or squash has taken over but I haven't spotted any fruit from it. And I'd guess it's the children of my food.

    umm..cousin to the "eggplant that ate chicago"?

    it might be a hybrid with spaghetti squash--you won't know until you cut it open and/or cook it! i used to use "too much" zucchini for a jam recipe. cake, muffins, bread, spaghetti sauce, rattatouille, fritatta, scrambled eggs, you name it. this one looks like it will feed a small army!
