Something I can sing along with - Rock and Heavy Metal. I practice my karaoke, while I sew and that's what I sing. :-D

I've gone from totally Country to Christian to my latest - romantic instrumental (as in massage mode). Seems lately I just need something stress relieving more than anything else - soft & low - background music - not 'rock concert' volume! In my area, Direct TV has my favorite instrumental on 820. So relaxing!

It used to be Read OR Quilt. The library has a huge selection of audio books, and I put them on my IPod. Now I get to enjoy my favorite authors AND quilt!

I usually don't play music when I am sewing, but when I am in the car I blast my Ipod with a very strange combination of music. I like soft music in Spanish, oldies but not older than 70's, more modern, like Belle and Sebastian, and I absolutely love the CD for the movie Juno. I also like music from Broadway shows, like The Producers, and groups like Puccini Sisters.

Susie, please tell me you meant to type your husband's snoring, not scoring! :D

I hook my IPOD up to speakers and put it on shuffle and listen to whatever comes around.

Country Classics or 50's or if one of the grandkids is here whatever they happen to pick out. Thankfully I do not have any heavy metal here as I just would not be able to quilt to that.
