My Grandson Lucas & I raked sticks in the back yard.
It's warm enough to go out with out a jacket.
It's sunny.
We're going to make a chocolate cake today.
Having fried chicken & mashed potatoes for dinner.
Yea! 5 things!!!!!!!

Finding that one of our Board Members (Quilter2B) lives only a couple of miles from me! Hurrah!
Found out at Guild meeting that there's a brand new LQS in the vicinity! AND, I won a gift certificate for it!
Hubby dug out our tandem bicycle and we went for a ride this afternoon and it was sunny and gorgeous and I not only survivied, but loved it. Looking forward to many more rides. There's a bike trail that runs along the shoreline on the beach that we just love.

Seeing and hearing Sharon Schambler at guild meeting was great. She passed her quilts around so we could touch them. Loved that.
A landscape started two years ago, then stopped as I couldn't figure out what to do to finish it, is ready to quilt. Put it on the design wall and have been looking at it for two weeks, finally figured it out. Exciting.

It was a beautiful sunny day.
I got email from Quilter2B (the one I found out lives near me) and she's going to come to our next Guild meeting. It's always nice to meet a new fellow quilter. That will be her, me, and zyxquilts in the same Guild, on the same board.
I had a wonderful chat with my DMIL tonight. She's always been the mom I never had, and I love talking with her.
