I had a happy day in the mountains with DH, scouting some potential trails to hike. I'm going to be optimistic that my foot will eventually heal enough to get out on the trails. We also got in a bicycle ride. It was a lovely day.

coloring my easter eggs. no kids, just two old folks we sat around and colored eggs. I wonder if that will ever get old? nah they are too pretty.. AND it wont start snowing til tonight so I was able to get out and enjoy the day. I love snow but cant walk in it (disability and well its not simple for regular folk). May it snow tonight and melt by noon! (or by Wednesday at least).

What made me happy today was having a nice lazy day at home with hubby. And...having no damage from the earthquake.

Looking into the eyes of a man who has loved me for 39 years (probably more than I deserve some days) and having dinner with our beautiful daughter and her two sons.

Spent the rainy day indoors...in my jammies. Read the paper, caught up on my recorded TV shows and put on a binding on a quilt as I watched TV. Got bored with that and made some apple turnovers with our Gravenstein apples from last year. Then burned off a few calories by getting on the exercycle for a few minutes. A non-remarkable and wonderful day. Thanks for asking!

What made me happy today was the depression meds thread. It was affirming to know that I'm not alone, and it was inspiring knowing that others have fought the brave fight and are still flourishing, and it was wonderful being reminded how lucky I am for the support system I have. I am indeed blessed.
