I got to "play" with some left over fabrics and made 2 table mats as part of a Christmas present. Discovered I didn't need to go out and buy any wadding or backing as I had plenty of this spare and which would blend in okay with what I had used, then had an unexpected visit from a friend. After she left when putting fabric away I looked in an older storage box and discovered a bag full of material to match a panel that I had bought over a year ago before I got ill (for my one day mood). So now have a new project ready to go when I feel up to it. I liked the table mats so much that I have decided to make more so called the LQS who have agreed to put the fabric away for me until next wednesday when I go down to the city for the day.
Was a great day today.

I sent out a doll quilt for a swap, a card to Angelee, and just chilled inside my 87* home! Better than the 97* outside.
