My "baby" has a job that she loves, my hubby likes to cook for us, our dogs are so much fun, my sewing projects are abundant, and I get to make cake balls today!

1. The rain stopped long enough this morning that I was able to get my walk in with SIL.

2. Reading this thread! :)

I actually make a list of 10 things for which I am grateful each day. It keeps my mind on positive thoughts instead of negative things. I have been keeping a Gratitude Journal for years, thanks to Oprah.

Saw 4 of my grandsons today and made a huge pot of veggie soup. It smells so good! Talked to all 4 kids and my sister. Got my computor back from the shop! Life is good!

I've just finished unpacking my "2,000 yards plus" and my household goods I had shipped back to the U.S. after living in Bali for 2 years. My cabinets are still in the garage so as soon as winter is over, and the 50+ inches of snow have melted, I'll bring the cabinets into the house and put the batik back in them. Right now, they're all stacked in my bedroom. I look at them and smile!!! They'll be lots of fun and they are full of happy memories of my life in Bali! I don't have to shop anymore - I can shop in my bedroom!

We finally found renters for my house, so now we can move to Texas. Hopefully they'll like it enough to buy it later.

What a great post! I like the idea of a gratitude journal. Here are my happy things for the day:

1. Got pictures from my dad of when I was little - made me smile.

2. My mom, sister and niece are coming to visit Sunday (Only 3 1/2 days away)

3. Got interest rate lowered on some ccards

4. Youngest furry kid got her stitches out

5. Oldest furry kid didn't lose any weight on new food

6. Pretty red tulips on my desk from my boss

Today is a very sunny day! The snow is melting. I have small $ to pay small $ bills.

Tonight I will bake cookies for my clients and deliver them for Valentine's Day.

Son did not "crab" at me when I called to ask him to look how much peanut butter we have. This is a small miracle.

Talked to GS. He is not quite 2 and doesn't say much, but I got a hi Gramma and trains when I asked what he was doing today. Sent my other GS a message on facebook- at 2 1/2 he has his own page.

Life is good!
