I made all my grandchildren (and the eldest grandson's girlfriend) pillowcases for Christmas. I used a youtube tutorial, fast and easy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TAomYjHzUQk

The finished sizes, I think, were 21 x 28 (I have it written down somewhere) but the suggestion of 20x30 is probably a good size.
