The really irritating ones are the ones that kids pick up on and singsong around the house..."That's a REALLY low price, that's a really low price, that's a really low price..." ad nauseum...I haven't even seen the commercial, just the re-enactment!

I hate all of the commercials for either sex-enhancing meds or genital herpes meds-they show these on regular channels and my two boys have seen them and had all sorts of questions for me after seeing them. "What is genital herpes mom? What is an erection mom?" It is very frustrating because at the time they were not old enough yet to have that particular conversation-not one that would really answer all the questions that follow. These commercials are just inappropriate.

What about tampons, kotex, and now the ky kissable whatever it is(chocolate and strawberry, the man bought because his wife is mad at him). I wasn't lucky enough to be able to have kids, but I do feel bad for parents that have to explain things way too early. I just don't understand the need for these commercials. When my husband was still alive we laughed every time, I think its the cialis commerical that says "if your erection lasts more than four hours, contact your doctor." What a dumb thing to say. Then there are the anti-depressants. These are necessary for some of us, but do we need to tell kids that a pill will solve all of their problems?

My GS asked me what male enhancement meant. He was 15 at the time (20 now) but he was still a kid. They shouldn't be subject to ads like that. Times have sure changed since I was a kid. We had commercials like " We're having Shake-n-Bake & I helped " LOL
