Give that Boxer a rub and a kiss for me. Heartbreaking. Thank you for rescuing him. I hope he's good as new as soon as those awful parasites are gone.

I'm hoping to avoid the sun, clean, do laundry and fit some sewing in. Sure wish I could lounge by the pool, but my dermatologist thinks otherwise. I'm gonna be pale like those vampire kids.

Went to a local quilt show today and tomorrow am going to an estate auction of a quilter. The auction notice lists many quilt tops, fabric, and notions. I'm hoping to find some good bargains!

I love Boxers! Give him a hug from me. Laundry, grocery shopping tomorrow, church on Sunday. I had been asked to dress up like a clown and do face painting tomorrow at a park about an hour away but I called and told the woman that I couldn't make it. That's a long drive to make in costume, what if I have car trouble? I guess it wouldn't be hard to get someone's attention though. LOL

I am going to all day sew with the End of the Roaders tomorrow. We hope to present a quilt we did for the senior center to raffle off too. Sometimes I get more chatting done than sewing. Have no clue what I am working on as I have many UFOs and have been working on the Lizzie here at home this week. Sunday is catch up day here at home. We were hoping to get in a beach ride but it is raining again.

I'm spending the weekend and Monday doing laundry and getting everything ready to go spend a week at the cabin I rented. DGD is so excited. I will do hand sewing there and plan a trip to the Quilt Museum in Lincoln. I can't wait.
