Yesterday I finished marking large Baltimore Album with more feathers and designs. Happily I am going to put it on my log arm quilting machine. Then inch by inch I will work on it for the next month ( I hope). When I take a break, I am going to try to make a skirt for myself. I need a reprieve from quilting.

Quoting myself here to let you know it's 10:00 central and I've weeded the garden, tied up the cucumbers I never got around to setting up right. Then I took a NICE DIP IN THE POOL.

Hubby's cutting grass and it'll be hot dogs off the grill, corn on the cob, potato chips, cucumber/sour cream salad, and homemade pickles for lunch. Hopefully the pain relievers I took will kick in and help. Otherwise there's always 'adult beverages'. LOL

    MAKE it a great one!

Spending time with my great grandbaby Adrianna(8 mos) and my DGS Jake(12). They came Thurs evening and Adrianna will go home to her grandma Jill's(my DIL) tonight. Mommy and Daddy are still on their honeymoon. Jake will stay til next Fri so tonight and tomarrow I will be playing games with Jake and catching up on orders and getting templates ready to go in the mail tomarrow. I taught Jake to play chess so we will play some chess and some card games and such.I taught him to play King' Corners recently so he loves to play that. We played it a few times last night. Adrianna had fun trying to help play the cards!

We had an anniversary party for my daughter and son in law.
40 years of married bliss. He is a wonderful man and I am glad to have him for my SIL.
