It's been over a week since I posted this topic and I've certainly enjoyed all the meals you readers have created.
I used to love to cook, coming from a long line of wonderful cooks, but it's gotten to the place now where my back hurts when I stand for any length of time AND I'm mostly just plain bored with it after all these years.
Tonight I had deli-bought Roasted Red Pepper and Gouda Bisque (soup) with a field greens salad dressed with a bit of Ken's Tabletop Caesar Dressing and lemon juice. {Of course, I just *had* to follow that with some peppermint ice cream with hot fudge sauce.
Where's the icon with devil's horns?!}
