Long Island, NY...wonderful sandy beaches on the south side, Montauk Point Lighthouse at the end (or beginning, depending how you perceive it,) grape vineyards and wineries, and all the regular stuff like traffic, etc.

Our biggest tourist attraction is probably the Winchester Mystery House. I grew up a mile away from it passed by it on the school bus all through high school then as an adult lived two blocks away and still never visited it.
We also have the Rosicrucion Museum and Plantarium which is a huge collection of Egyptian artifacts.
