    I love the color green... all greens. BUT don't actually use it all that much in my quilts for some reason.

    For me, it's aqua/turquoise/sea glass. I found this out when I was teaching childbirth education during our deep relaxation sessions; my "inner" color is a light but clear aqua. It's the color I always see behind my eyes when I'm becoming deeply relaxed and centered. I really love it and it's the color I like to wear and sew now.

    I think I'd say Civil War repros are my comfort colors. I usually love clear, bright colors, but when I'm stressed somehow the muted CW colorways help.

    My favorite is always purple. I couple it with other colors as the mood strikes. I could easily have too much purple/green inventory if I am not careful-that means more than I could use in a lifetime. But purple and anything works for me.

    I'm drawn to blues, but also loving greens...what makes me happiest is cheddar yellow!
