Kenny G's Little Drummer Boy. The drum rolls reach my sole! I sometimes put it on repeat on the stereo.

"God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman" sung by the Bare Naked Ladies & featuring Sarah McLaughlin. I agree it's tough to decide on the sweets; I think I have to go with homemade toffee (similar to Almond Roca).

I do like all the carols, but my absolute favourite Christmas song is 'Fairytale of New York', I love it, I always sing along, and is always a treat to hear on the radio anytime in the run up to Christmas.
Favourite sweets, well, chocolates obviously, and all deserts specially made for Christmas.

You can also make your own. Barley Lollipop recipe:
http://www.recipelink.com/msgbrd/boa...FEB/75860.html
The molds used to make barley candy were cast iron & are no longer made. You can find them for sale as well, but you'll need a deep purse.
Once refined sugar became more available they stopped using barley sugar. The candy made now is now called Clear Toy Candy & has no barley in it.
