Handel's Hallelujah Chorus and Carol of the Bells.

And for fun....Merry Christmas from the Family by Robert Earl Keen.

Would have to say it is White Christmas because my dad who was a WWII vet used to sing it to my mom when it came on the radio. My mom would giggle and they would grin at each other. It was a whole new glimpse at my folks. They are both gone now, but I still get a lump in my throat when I hear it.

Joy to the World is probably my favorite traditional song because it speaks of my faith.

Mary, Did you know? I love that song. A man sang that at church Sunday with the most amazing baritone voice. The best.

I have 3 that I love to hear. "God rest ye merry gentlemen" by Annie Lennox, "Mary, did you know" by Kenny Rogers and Winnona Judd and "Happy Christmas" by John Lennon. Christmas is not complete for me until I hear them.

Adeste Fideles (Oh Come of Ye Faithful) and Silent Night. (Not bad choices for a nice Jewish girl, no?) LOL I've sung both with choral groups and choirs. Somehow, O Hanukkah or The Dreidel Song don't compare.

About now, I'm so sick of Gimme-mas, that my preferred commercial songs are Within Temptation's "Gothic Christmas" and Corey Taylor's "X-M@$" (he's the vocalist for Slipknot and Stone Sour, if that helps)

Gothic Christmas is SFW. Corey Taylor in general is not.
