I married into Mission-lodge. In a farmhouse....my remodeled kitchen is "suburban" ranch house...eclectic is what we are.

My dream is new house, ranch, modern country...lots of windows, clean lines , light wood. Sigh......

Antiques from auctions/garage sales, handme downs from Mom, soft, comfy, overstuffed, blue/yellow/coral/soft browns. My kids call it 'Mom' styling. Fiance' has added lizards in the mix. 'Home' is how I call it.

Mine is a mix of 70's classic, and eclectic, with some garage sale chic thrown in. My sewing room is my favorite. It is butterflies, quilts, flowers, and sewing supplies.

Arts and crafts, lots of oak, some antiques, tall beds (the dogs have to have stairs to climb up), all have lots of character. Mostly autumn colors throughout the house.
