    Sounds like everyone has plans.
Like some others, I will probably sew, I have a baby quilt and a 85"x85" quilt pinned and ready to quilt, then I will probably take a break and do some laundry and housework.
Hubby and Son will go to our country cabin in the woods, at least Sat. and return Sun. around noon. I will have to hand sew bindings on, they are all cut, joined and pressed in half ready to go.

Wehave the Peach festival here during Labor day weekend.,Theres a carnival, craft show, 2 parades, car show and anthing else you can think of. Oh yeah tons of people. Really wanted to go away. We'll probably pull up our living room carpet. We're having the floors sanded Sept 13 so I guess we better get busy. Happy Labor day to all.

My husband works out at the BP refinery and on Labor Day Toledo has a big Labor Day parade, so he tries to walk in the parade for his union. I remember we used to make banners for the dogs to wear and they walked in the parade too. But not this year, he's on his own. Our congresswoman is always the grand marshall
I guess that means I can sew!

My 16 year old granddaughter just phoned to ask me if I needed someone to do my cooking over the week-end. So it means lots of giggles and laughters. She love to tease me and is very curious to know how things were when I was young.I feel very happy to be part of her life

I will be sewing all weekend, except for Sat. evening when my hubby and I along with another couple will be attending a concert in Thomasville, GA. It's going to be hot here, so I will be fine inside with the A/C sewing & quilting.

I doubt I will be doing much. The pills they gave me to control the pain are working, but they leave me with rubbery legs! I look like a drunk when I walk!
I will be spending some time reorganizing my sewing room, so I can get my machine back in here. Its been on the kitchen table for awhile now.
Hope you all have a great weekend!
