having surgery on right hand of course I'm right handed will be in cast for 6 wks. I just found out my little sister (53) has cancer and only 3/6 mo so I plan to spend time with her before I go back to work in Aug. I hope to try to quilt sometime this summer.

I just got a job after being out of work for nearly 18 months. So I will be working this summer. I'll be quilting, too. My friends and I are making charity quilts with some fabric one of them received, so we are busy, but it's fun. Can't wait for Fall, my favorite time of year!

Usually I make trip to Montana to visit my sisters, but this summer am recuperating from total hip replacement surgery. I plan on being back on schedule next summer. Meanwhile, I'm working on plans to make a T-shirt quilt for a niece's graduation. (She'll be a senior next year.)
