In central Alabama it is hot (90 +), sunny and very dry. There have been a few spring time thunderstorms in the area, but not at my house.

Here in the Denver Colorado area it'll be near 90* sunny, and breezy; Already got a load of laundry on the line before leaving the house @ 5:15a, left the windows open to air out the house. Man I love this time of year!

In the 80s today. Yesterday was 97. I was walking the dog and saw an air conditioner someone had gotten rid of, new. I asked my son to pick it up and try it. It worked great. I have a portable one but we then all have to be in the same room. My son was so happy to have one for his room. Just after we picked it up we had a huge thunder storm with hail and tornado warnings.

Here in KY, it is sunny and already pretty warm.High is 84 and T-storms this evening. I'll have to clean the pool today, get it ready for using for the week-end cook-out. Of course, I'll get the pool ready and it will rain or get cold for the next month!LOL

The Northeast heatwave finally broke...yippee!!! Woke up to a house at 69 degrees; it was 82 when I went to bed. That gosh darned humidity was rediculous on top of the extreme heat. It is expected to reach 75 today...that is great for Maine before Memorial Day.

I think you Americans have sent us your hot muggy weather. It will be 32 C (about 88 F)I think before the day is over. It's really dry, the crops need rain and the fire ban is still in effect (no fires except in barrels). I hate it as we have no air conditioning as most years we would only use it for a few days. This year may be the exception.
