It's the chicken my mom would make every Sunday morning before we went to church. Put flour, salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder, lots of paprika in a bag. Toss your cut up chicken in the flour to coat. Just brown the chicken (don't cook), on both sides, and place in a roaster and bake @ 325 for about 2 hrs. Moist and delicious also good cold.
We have a larger family 16 people for lunch is the norm and doing it this way enables us to all eat fried chicken at the same time.

Since it is our 41st. anniversary we are having something we haven't had in such a long time I can't remember... We are having a steak on the BBQ, baked potato, and sugar snap peas. It will be wonderful.. I probably should add some rolls, and a dessert... but, the steak is enough of a splurg for us.. It's gonna be good..

Bf b-b-qued pork chops, fresh green beans, cucumber salad, corn bread muffins, baked potatoes and a chocolate ice cream drumstick for desert. He travels and got in at 3 am and decided to cook! I am sooooo lucky!
