I do the dishes-I rinse and stack but most times there isn't enough to waste my time or soap on (I hate doing dishes)

I always make sure the sheets and towels are freshly cleaned and the guest bathroom is spotless.

I like a clean house, but don't like to clean it, lol. DH doesn't seem to care, or to help, & we almost never get company. So, I clean for me, when I feel like it! Told him we should have company every week or two, then we both cleaned when we knew they were coming. Like someone else said, a little dust doesn't bother me, &, real friends don't come to see your house anyway, they come to seeyou, & that's what should count, right!

I make sure the bathroom is clean - only for their own comfort should they want to use it. Every where else is 'take it as you see it'. I'm one of those people who do not encourage company to come I don't want others in my home. My home is set up for our needs and wants and inabilities. I love people, but not in my home. Yeah, I know I'm weird  But our home is our haven from everything else in the world including people.
