Weeeelllllllll-----it is 4:15pm here and it is 98. Most of the week we have been at 99-100. get in my van to leave and it tells me 103 to even as high as 105 one time. IT IS HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Feels like a sauna outside. And no rain, we need it badly. They are talking maybe having to do rolling black outs if people do not conserve electricity.

Been through those rolling blackouts, not too bad. They only shut houses down for 2 hours, and that is just your AC. But the college signed up for it one year and it was awful. They only gave us 10 minutes to shut down our classrooms, we needed more than that to put our machines away. (quilt classes) Thet didn't sign up for it again, lost too much class time, not worth the money saved.

8:24pm and 80 degrees. It got up to 99 today. It's supposed to be cooler tomorrow here to... by about 16 degrees! I bet it'll feel cooler by comparison. Then the power had to go out for about two and a half hours
came back on for about 30 minutes then went back off again!  So far it's been on for about about an hour. Let's hope it stays that way!
