liver, no beef heart - wait - calamari!! However it's spelled! We were at an all-inclusive resort and the buffets were out of this world. Hubby said he'd get us a plate of food and bring it to me out at the beach. Wonderful!! Here's the food - try this onion rings! they're great! Sputter, sputter! That's not an onion ring! He thought it was so funny!

If you fry the scrapple then put maple syrup on it. Very good!

My Mother ate it with King syrup/molasses and my Dad ate his with ketchup. Either way, once a year was enough for me!

For me its cooked spinach. I can't even stand to smell it! I use to hate Okra, but my mother in law fried some up for me and it was great the way she cooked it. My kids even like it!

Jellyfish. Went to a fancy Asian restaurant and one of the people at our table ordered it for us all to taste. It was disgusting and I am NOT a fussy eater. I will try just about anything. One food I can not get past what it is and won't eat it even though I have tried - beef tongue.

Liver!!!! My mother made me eat three bites of it whenever she cooked it. She told me there were children starving in China and they would be greatful to have it. I offered to send it to the kids in China but she didn't think that was funny at all!!! I smothered it in ketchup and swollowed it whole so I would not have to taste it! EEEEWW!!!
