A Featherweight is not on my list. I like all my bells and whistles. An embroidery machine is though. I wish I had spent the extra money when I bought my last machine. But then I would never have wanted to go to work.

My bucket list? Oh, my. I have crossed off a few all ready, like learning to play piano (poorly, but I can plunk out a few songs), and seeing Ireland (twice!!). What's left:
seeing the aurora borealis and taking at least one awesome photo
living in a home I designed myself
pedaling a bike all the way across the country
learning to speak Irish (don't ask, totally useless, I know)
doing something, anything, that makes my dad tell me he's proud of me
moving somewhere I can grow lilacs, peonies, and trillium... but I'll settle for far enough north for camellias!
being a grandma
making a few really beautiful quilts... I'm working on that one.
As you can all see, I don't want much... and I'd better hurry, I'm 52!!
