    I will have to try the honey crisps as I love crunchy apples too. Right now my favorites are fuji.

    One of my recent favorites are McIntosh! Went to Carvers Orchard outside of Severville TN, awesome place to get about any apple you want!! One good sized bag for $3.50!! I'm ready to go back for more!!

    If you like hard tart, tart apples try to find an Opalesent. They are large hard and juicy, tart sweet.

    I get them at an old orchard that grows antique varieties.
