Road Trips. My wife and I love road trips. We usually take roads that are off the beaten path and stop at what ever interest us. We have met the most interesting and kindest people on our trips. We have been to almost every state and a lot of Canada. When we were in New Zealand, you guessed it, we rented a car and took a road trip, our GPS had to keep reminding us to stay on the left though. Oh my what a beautiful country, and yes there are quilt shops there also.
Our cars are old with many miles on them, but that even makes it more interesting, like changing an alternator in the auto parts store parking lot in Clarksville Tenn. Oh yea, there are more quilt shops then I ever thought there could be and last year we ended up in Paducah, Kentucky, not sure how that happened. Thank you for letting me share

Type of scenic roads we travel on, This was in California

We just stop and pull over. Won't see this along the interstate!!

You guessed it, a quilt shop

Road trips are so much fun if you have good weather. With no particular destination in mind. Stop where you want when you want.
