They would never have been friends, anyway.

From a fellow narrow foot person - a narrow foot is far better to have than a narrow mind!

I'm size 11.5 now, feet have grown a bit wider with age, but used to be 4A width - almost impossible to find. Even so, it's difficult to find a shoe - any kind - that both feels and looks good.

those were not potential friendships.
those were inevitable pains where you sit.

their loss.

enjoy your matza, tonight, and feel sorry for them.
they are still trapped by pharaoh!

probably not the leader's intent given the venue.

where i used to work ... a whole different story.
we had to endure so-called team-building training ad nauseum.
there were more than a few who would jump on the chance to use a "game" like this to hurt others.

like most things in life the game isn't the potential problem.
it's the people "playing."

Mine isn't really a secret, but people are surprised to hear that we were on welfare, a long time ago. People meeting us now assume we've always had a nice life I guess. That's why I really try not to judge people. You don't know what they've had to deal with in their life.

Alyce ~ That's sad, but probably saves you a lot of grief down the road.
