I had to paint the roof of my metal shed today. it's taken me about two weeks to do it all. i had to appy rust remover, wash that off. apply primer, then paint. i started out with spray cans but couldn't reach the metal strip across the top of the shed at all.
i had to use a heavy folding metal ladder which almost decapitated me twice! I got it done today.not pretty but better.
when trying to clean my roller i got white paint all over one hand. I put everything up and went inside and got my Joy dishwashing detergent and rubbed my hands with that. did that twice. Worked great!!!!
anything oily i think would have worked.
just FYI if anyone does stupid things like i do

I've been accused of not thinking things through! I start and then when I get into trouble I call for help from DH! He just sighs!

I start and my DH finishes. He won't start on his own but he doesn't think I can do anything correctly so he always finishes. He hasn't realized yet that I'm using reverse psychology on him. Ha!
