Thumbs up Who is on pinterest?? Anyone??

My daughter just told me about pinterest today. She started my page and showed me how to post pictures. So.... that is what I have been doing all morning. I am a little slow about all this new computer stuff. I am trying to learn the new quilt board and now I have pinterest competing for my time as well. My brain is ready to go into computer lock mode. I think I need to take a break and quilt. Yeah, that sounds good.

pastimequiltdesign, I just found pinterest too. I was only loking at the rwceiprs but is there a quilting section too? I haven't had time to navigate much on it.

Well, as I said my daughter set me up on it today. 12 hours later and still pinning. So addicting and so much to learn. Wow! There is a lot of interesting and fun information out there.
I don't think there is a quilt section. I just pinned things in DIY and Crafts then made my own board for quilting where I put my favorite local shops, designers, pictures etc.

I love it, QB is first ,Pinterest is second.I think I have about ten boards ,DIY and recipes are my fav. crafts and decor are next. Sometimes I just look at everything.Type in quilting or quilts and you will find a few QB entries.

I love Pinterest. A word of caution - if you pin a picture of something that is for sale, your pin could disappear. The pins are only there if the original picture stays on the original website. If the item is sold and removed from the website, it disappears from your board. I lost a few pins that way... sniff, sniff....
