    They are really gorgeous...Maybe they escaped during transport or something. Perhaps a call to an animal shelter may be in order before they meet with foul play). Love your pics, thanks for the smile!

    Maybe they ran away and eloped!

    Did you know that brown hens lay brown eggs and white hens lay white eggs? My grandma used to have some chickens that layed colored eggs. They would be pale blue, green, pink or orange. Pretty cool, they tasted the same as any other egg. I don't remember which group of chickens layed them though. She had white ones, black and white speckled, a few reds, and some that had multicolored feathers.
