    I woke up with out pain!! That is a rarity for me! So I think it did my body good!! I could not sit still all day!

    I wish they would just do away with daylight savings time altogether. The one in the spring just kills me.

    Glad I live in Az. We don't change. Only problem I run into is keeping track of what time everyone ele is on. One daughter lives in Washington state so in the summer we are same time, in the winter she's an hour early. Mom lives in Tx, opposite problem-summer 2 hrs ahead, winter only 1. And Las Vegas Nv is our closest airport, so you gotta know what time it is in Nv if you're catching plane! Oh, and I have to take my cell phone off auto update, because the phone doesn't know Az doesn't change! So, I'm not sure that not changing is any better than changing, after all! :-)

    I don't know why they do it. No matter whether you set the clock forward or backward, you still have the same # of hours of daylight. I think it causes too many problems.....if the government REALLY wants to do something good, they'd enact a law to stop this nonsense!
