    Well, I sure wouldnt mind seeing mtns out my window, but I live in the prairie,,very flat.. no hills. Really miss that.

    So, the wildlife is as good a substitute as I can think of..

    We've got baby rabbits in our backyard. Other than that, not much wildlife. But I love sitting outside and watching the squirrels chase each other around the tree, the Doves and all the other birds.

    Lovely picture! We also live in the country and have a pond, but we have not had any ducks or geese to stay around long. We do have a resident pair of cranes that come and go. I like to travel, but there is no place like home!!

    I even worry about my mamma cat when i take her out in the backyard. she likes to sun herself in a lawn chair and we have large birds (perhaps hawks) that circle over head.
