    i don't use those sites either. never will. but then, i'm old. electronics don't thrill me.

    I've seen many sites that say you can access them from or follow them on Facebook and Twitter, but I've not come across any that 'require' you do so.

    I agree -- any site, or org that requires me to be on facebook or twitter can look elsewhere for a member.
