I actually know two of the staff members of that band. When I was in college and in the marching band there, one was in the drum line, the other was our music director. Both are fabulous musicians, and if I still lived in MA, I would jump at a chance to audition for any of the performing ensembles within that organization.

Brings me back to my time in the marching band. I played the piccolo and had to do that solo right in the middle there. The director made me stand in the front of the marching band and do it. Scared to death. Aaah, fun times.
