Thanks all.
You really don't know how many people don't thank their military members and their families and it's great when it happens. I know when I go thru airports and see military in uniform, I sign Thank You to them. You should see the smiles that come on their faces. Most of them either say something back or just wave....
I remember we would go somewhere and hubby would be in uniform and someone would come up to him, shake his hand and tell him Thank You. The smile that would come across his face would be just priceless. Then, mainly the women, would give me a hug and tell me Thank You for being there for him. It set me back the first time it happened, but now I'm pretty much used to it.

Awe Terri made me teary eyed with the thank you stories. Being a military brat myself I understand the importance of supporting our troops and their families that sacrafice as well. My dad is retired Air Force and spent time in Viet Nam. So glad you are coming back to the states, hope to see you on your trek. Just let me know.

I still haven't planned our route yet. Of course there will be stopping for the babies! Gotta let Grandpa and Auntie see them. I talked to Lauren today and told her that once we firm up the dates, that she and Donny need to plan a couple days to get away and we will stay with babies. She says she'll start planning tonight lol
I've called a couple realtors in Virginia Beach area, so hopefully they can find us a nice place to live. We should be in VA around the 20th of May, so that way we can get a little bit settled and then find out where our household goods are. I'm not really worried about getting the stuff right away, I just want a place to live.
